Things Fall Apart is a 22-minute performance examining the nature of art and performance. The text of this play is only accessible due to the visual demonstration of its principles while it is spoken. The performance utilizes performing scenery as active storyteller. The first half and second half of this piece are separated by a transformation into pure movement that continues to demonstrate concepts but does so in an emotionally evocative dance theater puppet performance.

Written, devised, and performed by Kate Brehm.
Directed by Gregory Schott.
Lighting Design by Poe Saegusa.
Puppeteers: Jenny Campbell and Jacob Graham.
