Yael Raviv is the Director of Umami Food and Art Festival and Director of Business Development at Splacer Inc.
She is the author of Falafel Nation: cuisine and the making of national identity in Israel (University of Nebraska Press, 2015).
Yael received her PhD from New York University’s Performance Studies Department.
